We saw a market opportunity to deliver critical government grant money to UK SME's who often did not have the time or experience to claim Government grant funding.

We were a small team of just three people and we needed advice of the best way to quickly gain market share. BGI had the right experience and we could instantly see the value that strategy would play to growth. 

The Strategy on a Page methodology appeared like a pragmatic way to keep us focused but also efficient.

BGI understood that we were a small team and did not try and bring in big business systems and processes. They did make us really focus on what and why we were trying to scale up. 

With BGI's help we created our own strategy that we could get our heads around and focused on making sure that we delivered on sales but also built a business that would attract the right talent and create the right culture.

From £80,000 turnover in 2012 to delivering over £60 million in grant funds in 2017. We have sustained hyper growth every year for 7 years now.

Our early focus on talent has allowed us to grow as we have not only brought on exceptional capabilities that could drive every facet of the business forwards, but also create an 'Open Culture' which was very important to us.

We are expecting to continue our scale up journey and break the £100M in Government grant funds in 2020.
