Phil is a long standing BGI Practitioner. He has spent over twenty years working in the creative arena, developing strategic planning and managing culture change at some of London’s brightest and best creative companies, including Albion, BBDO and Rapier.
He has helped companies such as Wahanda, Zoopla and ASOS scale up, often working within challenging budget and time constraints.
He’s a member of the Marketing Society as well as being a Founding Partner at the strategy and planning consultancy London Strategy Unit, so he knows the pleasure and pain of running a business.
Phil first discovered BGI in 2014 when he became a client. His business went from 800K in year one to £2.2M in year two. Since then he has been a huge advocate, becoming an accredited partner of Strategy on a Page in 2015 and a Practitioner for BGI.
Phil loves fine dining, and when he’s not sampling great food, he likes to enjoy something slightly heavier, namely rock music at live concerts. His guilty pleasure is designer trainers, but won't admit to how many pairs he's bought.
