BGI Head of Client Engagement Jo Mitchell


Jo is our Client Engagement Manager and is responsible for our client experience from the first point of contact right the way through to ongoing client development. 

She has over 20 years experience in client engagement and business development. Prior to BGI, Jo was Area Sales Manager for Smith & Nephew positioning clinical research and investment cases to Primary Care Trust CEO's and consultants to drive better patient outcomes. Jo's area was one of Smith & Nephew top performing regions. 

Jo's medical background stems from her BSc in Biology and Research Manager in Cytogenetics. 

When not rushed off her feet as a mum of two active daughters, Jo follows her passion for photography, travelling in remote far flung lands, tennis, design and aromatherapy.
